If you have ever been in the situation where you have been the victim of crime, fire or flood, you’ll know the feeling of despair and disbelief that it has actually happened to you.

Whilst we never want to think that we will be the victim, you only need to turn on the news to see that every day floods, fires, bombs and crime affect people who thought it ‘wouldn’t happen to them’.

Whilst NEG disaster recovery solutions can’t prevent these things happening, our specially developed Disaster Recovery system can reduce the impact they have on you and your patients.

Developed in response to requests from Practice Managers who realised the importance of disaster recovery planning, NEG have developed, designed and manufactured a disaster product with a difference.

For example, if your power is cut, our disaster recovery service is designed to deliver a reserve power supply for up to 4 hours and send a voice message to 4 members of your surgery to let you know there is a problem. You are already strongly encouraged to have disaster recovery plans for your computer network.

It makes sense to extend these plans to include the protection of your phone system – as this is the main way your patients contact the surgery. Whilst you might imagine this would be expensive, in fact it works out at only £29 a month – less than £1 a day.
